Payment Methods:

If the product is not immediately available, the Buyer must pay at least 40% of the total order value upon placement. The remaining 60% must be paid no later than 3 working days before delivery.

Delivery:

Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is calculated separately. Exact cost will be communicated via e-mail or phone.

Delivery Time:

If in stock – within 14 working days
If ordered from the factory or custom-made – up to 90 working days. Additional services (e.g., carrying heavy furniture) are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Return and Complaints Policy:

Returns are possible within 14 days if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with a receipt.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.

Warranty:

Not valid in cases of:

• Improper use or maintenance,
• Mechanical damage,
• Commercial use (unless otherwise agreed)
  Warranty applies only with receipt, product code, and if product is in proper condition.

Customer Privacy:

We collect only essential data for order processing. Personal data is protected and used solely for operational purposes. Customers may request data changes or removal.

Transaction Security:

Card data is transmitted securely using SSL and PKI encryption. ASKONA d.o.o. Ugrinovci does not access your card information.

Refunds:

Refunds are made only to the same card or bank account used for the original payment. Cash refunds are not available.
